Setting the standard for coffee brewing & service, the cafe at Public Order is about a small, hand picked, seasonal menu featuring creations from our partners in the kitchen.
As Pale’s first roasting home, Public Order lets us connect with our coffee community – through the cafe, and by offering the roastery space to coffee professionals.
Public Order is a place for gastronomic entrepreneurs to execute their own projects through popups, residencies, classes & festivals.
